The Role: Product Researcher Extraordinaire 

  • Imagine having the power to spot the next big thing on Amazon before anyone else does. As a Product Researcher Virtual Assistant, you'll be sourcing new profitable items for your boss to resell for profit. You’ll find hidden gem products from online suppliers that could skyrocket on Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.com.  You will search for these products from online stores and wholesalers. You’ll learn and apply the EXACT criteria required to suss out a dud/flop product and one that can be replenished for profit over and over. You will become your boss's most valuable business asset.  Are you up for that challenge?

 

  • Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
    • Following a comprehensive training program, you’ll follow instructions from your boss about the type of products they wish to sell.  Then you’ll hunt down, analyze, and evaluate the best products using software tools, charts and graphs.  
    • You share the info with your boss, who will buy the products to sell in their Amazon store and possibly other platforms.
    • You’ll stay ahead of the curve by tracking and reviewing the latest Amazon FBA trends.
    • You naturally work quickly, accurately and methodically.  Your working pattern will be agreed once you are appointed, but you must be open to working UK office hours.  (Although you may be permitted to work a more flexible pattern.) 
    • This role means you work under minimum supervision, so you’ll be naturally driven and disciplined.  Need help from your boss? That’s fine - as long as you have the confidence to ask. Struggling on your own is not what we do here. 
    • Learn Amazon policy and rules so you help safeguard your boss’s Amazon account to grow and scale their business.
    • Be on the lookout for discount codes and special offers that will help your boss make financial savings. 
    • Be your boss’s second in command. Sometimes they might ask you to do other tasks and you’ll be excited and eager to develop your skills.

 

  • What's in Your Arsenal? 
    • A knack for research and a love for diving deep into the online selling world.
    • Analytical superpowers and a detective's eye for detail.
    • Planning prowess and time-management mastery.
    • Tech-savviness with Google Suite, MS Excel, and messaging platforms like Slack, WhatsApp and Zoom.
    • Stellar communication skills and the ability to know when to ask for help and when to solve this issue by yourself.
    • A collaborative spirit with a dash of creative thinking and innovation.
    • Your honest and dedicated approach means you quickly want to become a firm favorite employee.
    • You do not need previous experience. But, if we offer you a job, we want to quickly see that you are coachable, can work on your own initiative, and give 110% everytime. 

 

  • The Gear You Need: 
    • A trusty desktop/laptop with i5 processor or higher, and at least 8 GB RAM.
    • A speedy and stable internet connection (25 MBPS minimum) with a backup plan.
    • Headphones/earphones, a web camera, and a quiet, professional workspace.

  • What's the Deal? 
    • This is a full-time gig with a starting salary of approximately 25,000.00 PHP net, paid twice a month.
    • 40 hours per week.
    • Remote working for UK based clients.
    • Perks include 13th-month pay, flexible vacation/sick leave/holidays.
    • You will work exclusively for your boss to ensure you offer the role the attention it deserves.  Don’t apply if you are working multiple jobs.
    • Full training provided as we want to help you unlock your superpowers.

  • If you perform well, you could get promoted to Purchasing Manager with extra financial duties and extra pay!
  • Profit share incentives are not uncommon, once you have proven your weight in gold for your employer.
