Building Jobma has been an incredible journey, with breakthroughs, and experiences that have shaped what and where we are today. It all started in 2012 with a simple idea to make hiring easier and enhance candidate experience with a video-first platform, which has now evolved into a comprehensive hiring platform that connects employers and candidates across the globe in a faster, smarter, and more efficient way.

The last decade with Jobma has passed by in a flash, but one thing has remained steadfast – our belief that hiring should be about more than just resumes and algorithms. It should be about people, their skills, their stories, and their potential.

When we introduced Jobma, skepticism was inevitable. Many doubted whether video interviews can truly replace traditional screening methods. Could technology transform hiring without removing the human element? Could we create a Talent Interaction Platform (TIP) that not only made hiring faster but also more inclusive and insightful? We believed we could.

That belief has remained constant, even as we’ve grown into a global video interviewing platform that connects employers and candidates across industries and continents.

  • Innovating beyond video interviews by offering assessments through video, audio, and written formats, allowing employers to evaluate candidates in the way that suits them best.
