Jobma Integrates with Wurk
Jobma integrates with Wurk- the best one-in-all workplace management solution. This comprehensive guide will walk you through the steps to establish the integration, how to use it, and track interviews.
Step 1
To begin, log in to both your Jobma and Wurk accounts. Within your Jobma account, the first step involves creating an interview kit. Navigate to Set up an Interview > Interview Kit, add your desired questions, and click Save.
Step 2
Now, in your Jobma account, go to the Integrations located on the left-hand side. Click on Integrations, then select Wurk from the list.
Step 3
You’ll need to insert the Username, Password, API Key, and Company short name here and click Save. Please reach out to your Wurk account manager for these details.
Step 4
Once the details are saved, click on Wurk (Under Integrations) and now associate Interview Kits with the Jobs (Synced from Wurk). Choose an Interview Kit and select a corresponding Job.
If you frequently hire for a specific Job, you can also select a default interview kit on the same page. You have now successfully configured your Jobma and Wurk accounts.
Step 5
It’s now time to invite candidates for Jobma interviews. In Wurk, navigate to the Recruitment section and go to Candidates > Applicants. Here, you can either add a new candidate or select an existing one.
Note- If you’re adding a new candidate, complete the required details and save the information.
Step 6
Next, open the candidate profile and associate a job with it.
Step 7
Select the candidate profile and click View Selected.
Step 8
On the next screen, update the hiring stage to Jobma Initiate. Then, return to Jobma, navigate to Integrations > Wurk, and click Fetch Interviews.
Step 9
This action triggers an interview invite to the candidate and updates the stage in Wurk to Jobma Pending.
Step 10
After the candidate completes the interview, you can watch it by navigating to the candidate’s profile and clicking the link under the Internal Comment tab.
Step 11
Alternatively, you can view the interview by going to the Integrations page in Jobma then Interview Listing, and click on Wurk.
