Jobma Integrates with TriNet
Jobma is partnering with TriNet- bringing together advanced HR solutions. Our customers using TriNet can now access and assess new candidates. This step-by-step guide will help you set up this integration between Jobma and TriNet.
Step 1
To begin, log in to both your Jobma and TriNet accounts. In your Jobma account, navigate to Integrations>Integrations and select Trinet from the list.

Step 2
Enter the App Name, Client Secret, and API Key, and click Save. (If you don’t have these details, please contact your Trinet account manager.)

Step 3
In your Jobma account, go to Applicants > Evaluate and select the candidate you wish to import by clicking Evaluate.

Step 4
Click Export and choose Export to Trinet.

Step 5
Once the Candidate has been sent to TriNet from Jobma, all TriNet users with the HR Authorization role will receive an email that the new hire has been added and to complete the new hire record in TriNet.
You can access the new hire record in TriNet by following the steps below:
Select Admin • Manager view
Select Hiring > Manage New Hires
Locate your new hire with the status Not Submitted
Select the three dots ⋮ under Actions and then Edit
Complete the remaining fields in the new hire form.
