Jobma Integrates with Taleez

Taleez helps businesses manage their hiring processes, including posting jobs, finding the right candidates, and promoting efficiency and collaboration. To integrate Taleez in your Jobma recruiter account, must start by configuring the required keys from the Integrations section.

Follow the below-mentioned steps to collect these keys:

Step 1

Log into your Taleez account. From the upper right corner of the screen, click on the Profile icon button. Then, go to Settings.

Step 2

From the Settings page, scroll down the left navigation bar to find API & Webhooks under the Tools heading. From the API tab on the API & Webhooks page, copy the Public and Secret keys.

Step 3

In a new browser tab, log into your Jobma account. Navigate to Integrations > Integrations from the left navigation bar, and select Taleez from the displayed integrations.

The Taleez integration form is displayed on the right side of the page. Paste the public and secret keys in the respective fields, and click on Save.

Once successfully integrated, a ‘Connected’ message is displayed on the same screen.

Step 4

In your Taleez account, move back to the API & Webhooks page. Open the Webhooks tab, and click on the Create webhook button given in the right corner.

Step 5

The Edit webhook window is displayed on the screen, containing the following fields:

  • Webhook name*: Enter a name for the new webhook being created.
  • Webhook URL*: Enter the URL provided by the Jobma team.

Note: Please get in touch with your Jobma support representative to set up a Webhook URL.

  • Choice of events*: From the drop-down menu, select application.move to add a trigger for when a candidate’s application moves to another stage.

Once done, click on Save. The newly created webhook will be listed in the Webhook tab.

To test that the integration is working properly, let’s create a new candidate, and update their job stage from Taleez.

Step 6

From your Taleez user dashboard, select Create > Candidate from the upper left corner to create a new candidate profile.

In the Create a Candidate form displayed on the screen, enter the required candidate information, such as phone number, First name, Last name, E-mail, and upload their CV. Once done, click on Create a candidate.

Step 7

As a next step, link the newly created candidate to an active job. On the candidate profile page, navigate to the options provided on the right, and click on Link to a job from under the Recruitments heading.

Select a job from the list displayed on the Link to a job popup box, for example, Java Developer.

Then, select New to move the candidate profile to this step, and click on Associate. This triggers the webhook, and Jobma automatically sends an interview invite to the candidate.

Once an interview is completed, evaluation details can be accessed in Jobma for assessment.

Step 8

To evaluate a candidate, navigate to Integration > Interview Listing from the left navigation bar on your Jobma account dashboard.

Choose Taleez from the list of active integrations. The candidate profiles linked to this integration will be displayed on the screen. Click on Evaluate for the candidate you want to evaluate.

You will be automatically redirected to the Jobma evaluation page, where you can access the candidate evaluation features.
