Jobma Integrates with SmartRecruiters

Jobma has partnered with SmartRecruiters, a modern ATS and enterprise-grade recruiting platform for the modern workforce. Our customers using SmartRecruiters can now invite candidates to video interviews and evaluate them right from the SmartRecruiters dashboard. This saves time and gets the most relevant candidates in faster. Leverage Jobma’s integration with SmartRecruiters by adding video interviews early in the application process and conducting candidate assessments powered by Jobma.

This guide will take you through the steps to set up the Jobma x SmartRecruiters integration and how to use it:

Step 1

To get started, log in to your Jobma account. Create an interview kit by navigating to Setup Interview > Interview Kit. Add your desired questions for the interview and click Save.

Step 2

Login to your SmartRecruiters account. Click on the Profile icon on the top-right corner and select Settings. Navigate to Apps & Integrations and scroll down for “Jobma”. Click Connect > Allow and Continue. Verify with your Jobma credentials if it asks.

You have now successfully configured your Jobma and SmartRecruiters accounts.

Step 3

Now you can start inviting candidates for a Jobma Interview. To do that, go to your SmartRecruiters account, and navigate to People on the top navigation bar. You can search for a candidate using the search bar and pick an existing candidate. To add a new candidate, click Add Candidate, enter the candidate details, and click Submit followed by Next.

Click Browse, select the interview kit that you want to use, and click Continue. This action triggers an interview invite to the candidate.

Step 4

After the candidate completes the interview, you can watch it by navigating to the candidate’s profile. Click on the link under Assessments > Preferred.

Alternatively, you can also watch this interview on your Jobma account by going to Integration> Interview Listing. Click on SmartRecruiters to watch the interview.
