Jobma Integrates with iCIMS
Integrate Jobma seamlessly with iCIMS to optimize your hiring process. This guide provides detailed steps for setting up interview kits, inviting candidates, and managing video interviews directly within iCIMS, helping you streamline recruitment and connect with top talent effortlessly.
Step 1
To begin, log in to both your Jobma and iCIMS accounts. Within your Jobma account, the first step involves creating an interview kit. Navigate to Set up an Interview > Interview Kit, add your desired questions, and click the Save button.
Step 2
Now, the next step is to invite candidates for Jobma interviews. Navigate to your iCIMS account, here you can either add a new candidate or choose an existing one. Afterward, access the candidate profile, click on SUBMIT TO JOB, assign a job to the candidate, and then click Submit.
Step 3
Access the relevant job, select the candidate, navigate to Advanced, and initiate Jobma. On the next page, you can choose the Interview Kit you wish to send for the interview or create a new interview kit on the same page. After completing this step, click Next and then Submit. This action will send out an interview invitation to the candidate.
Step 4
Navigate to the invitation email and click the Click here button to start the interview. This procedure is compatible with various devices, including mobile phones and PCs. After the candidate records their video response, click the Finish Interview button.
Step 5
After the candidate finishes the interview, you can view it by going to the candidate’s profile in iCIMS. Navigate to the Video Interview section and click on the Interview URL.

Step 1
To begin, log in to both your Jobma and iCIMS accounts. Within your Jobma account, the first step involves creating an interview kit. Navigate to Set up an Interview > Interview Kit, add your desired questions, and click the Save button.
Step 2
Now go to your iCIMS account, here you can either create a new job or select an existing one. Next, click on Edit, navigate to the selection of the interview package, choose a package you previously created on Jobma, and then click Save.
Once you associate an interview package with the Job, any candidate who applies for the job can do the Jobma video interview.
Step 3
When the candidate applies for the Job, they get a link to start the video interview. This interview is compatible with various devices, including mobile phones and PCs. After the candidate records their video response, click the Finish Interview button.
Step 4
After the candidate finishes the interview, you can view it by going to the candidate’s profile in iCIMS. Navigate to the Video Interview section and click on the Interview URL.
